Guarantee of Health of Kittens, and of Excellence in Cattery Management

Joe and Mary Jo are proud to say that their cattery has been certified "A TCA Cattery
of Supreme Excellence" since 1999. Cann-Dee-Apples Cattery is FeLV and FIV
negative, and that is verified and maintained on an ongoing basis. Breeding queens
and stud cats are regularly tested, and all new kittens are quarantined until their health
status is ascertained. The breeding queens and stud cats are kept up to date on
annual vaccinations. They are free of all external and internal parasites, and dental care
is considered an important part of the health care of all adult Cann-Dee-Apples cats.

Guarantee: Kittens are sold with a veterinarian's certificate of health and are
guaranteed to be healthy at the time of purchase. It is strongly urged that the buyer take
their new kitten to their local veterinarian within four days of delivery for an examination.
If any serious health problems are found, the buyer must advise Cann-Dee-Apples
Cattery immediately. Before leaving the cattery kittens receive their first shots and are
all wormed. Booster shots are commonly needed in follow-up visits to the veterinarian.
The following premium feline growth formulas are fed: Pro-Plan Growth Formula, Iam's
Kitten Formula, Eukanuba Kitten Formula, and Science Diet Kitten Formula. Kittens
are introduced to both clumping and clay litter.

Our Spay / Neuter Policy

Buyers must sign an agreement to have Cann-Dee-Apples kittens neutered or spayed.
Proof must be sent to seller. If the kitten is purchased for breeding, an agreement to
permit breeding of the cat must be signed by seller. The buyer of a breedable kitten will
pay Cann-Dee-Apples' Breeder's Fee at the time of purchase. Cann-Dee-Apples
kittens will be registered when the buyer remits proof of spay / neuter, unless
breeding rights are agreed to and stipulated in writing at the time of purchase.

Our Return / Refund Policy

Kittens may not be returned after 15 days. If a kitten is returned within 15 days, a
refund of half of payment may be given. If a buyer cannot keep their pet for some
reason, at any time in its life span, and if they can help, Joe and Mary Jo will assist the
owner to find a new home, providing the cat has a veterinarian's certificate of health
and up to date vaccinations.

Cann-Dee-Apples cats and kittens are raised to be indoor pets. Their parents are not
allowed to roam outdoors. Cann-Dee-Apples kittens should never be allowed to roam
outdoors. Cann-Dee-Apples does not have a policy on declawing. Joe or Mary Jo will
be glad to discuss the issue with you, and share their beliefs and experiences. Then
they expect you to make an informed decision.
